In this episode hear from a real-life circus ringmaster, Kevin Venardos.  Kevin is a former ringmaster for Ringling Brothers and the founder and ringmaster of Venardos Circus. It's big dreams that led him to try out for this unconventional job after college. It's those same dreams that took him all over the country leading that circus after he nailed the audition. And it's dreaming that led to him launching his own live traveling show, Venardos Circus, in 2013. The show was to be held in nearly 30 cities this year, until coronavirus grounded the troupe. But the circus now continues and is pivoting to an online interface that allows people all over the country and the world to enjoy the spectacle from the comfort of their own homes.
